Machete is fresh market to your door in CDMX, portioned by the gram and delivered the next day. Three lines: Super (protein by the gram, no recipes), Prep (weekly kits with recipes and macros), Fuego (boxes for the grill and events).

Super is fresh protein portioned by the gram, no recipes — you order only what you need. Prep is the weekly kit with ingredients weighed to the gram, 5 step-by-step recipes, and exact macros per meal. Fuego is pre-built boxes for cookouts or events of 4 to 8 people, ready to light the coals.

It depends on the line. In Prep you choose your kit at /prep and open the order form from the card — we coordinate the date and time over WhatsApp with all your details. In Super you build your cart at /super and complete the form before sending the order via WhatsApp. In Fuego you pick a box at /fuego and WhatsApp opens directly with the order pre-filled — we lock in delivery in the chat. We accept SPEI, Mercado Pago, Visa, MasterCard, Edenred, and Sí Vale across all three lines. The first 50 orders get 15% off automatically.

Each kit includes: all fresh ingredients weighed to the gram, 5 printed recipe cards with step-by-step instructions (10-20 min each), a sheet of exact macronutrients per meal (kcal, protein, carbs, fat), and a storage guide to keep everything fresh through all 5 days.

Yes. Every pre-order is treated as a one-time purchase, with no recurring commitment. If you'd like to receive a kit every week, message us on WhatsApp and we'll set it up manually.

We deliver in Condesa, Roma, Nápoles, Del Valle, Narvarte, and Polanco. We're expanding coverage — if you're near these areas, message us and we'll figure it out.

Yes. We buy at the local market on your delivery day. Your kit will be less than 12 hours from supplier to your door. No preservatives, no freezing, no water injection. This has held true since the beta.

No. Each recipe is designed to cook in 10-20 minutes with basic techniques: griddle, skillet, oven. They come with step-by-step instructions and the exact macro outcome. These are performance recipes, not chef recipes — fast, repeatable, and measurable.

We accept SPEI (bank transfer), Mercado Pago, Visa and MasterCard cards (debit/credit), and Edenred and Sí Vale grocery vouchers.

Only Super has a minimum order: $399 per delivery. In Prep, any kit stands on its own. In Fuego, any box is a complete order, with no added minimum.
